How to get help with the CiudadanoUSA app and our website.

CiudadanoUSA is an educational platform to help you study for U.S. naturalization. On this page we explain how to fix technical issues.

Important: We do not provide legal advice or answer questions about specific immigration cases.

How to reach us

If you have trouble signing in, app crashes, or problems on this website, email [email protected]

We work to reply as soon as we can on business days. If you do not hear back, please check your junk or spam folder.

What we can help with

  • App problems: Errors opening the app, screens that won’t load, or sign-in issues.
  • Website issues: Broken links or trouble reading articles.
  • Your account and data: Questions about deleting your account or how we protect your information — see Delete your account and our Privacy Policy.

So we can help you faster

When you write to us, try to include:

  1. Whether you use an iPhone or Android phone.
  2. What you were doing when the problem appeared.
  3. A screenshot of the screen or error message.
  4. The email address you use to sign in to the app.

Safety: For your protection, never email us your passwords, full card numbers, or personal documents (such as passports or immigration forms).

Subscriptions and payments

You can download the app for free and use basic content. A paid plan unlocks all features.

  • Payments and refunds: Almost all charges are handled directly by Apple or Google.
  • How to cancel: Manage your plan in the app Settings or in Subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Charge questions: If a charge looks wrong, check your phone’s purchase history first. If it’s still unclear, email us with a photo of your receipt.

  • No legal advice: We don’t review documents or tell you if you qualify for citizenship.
  • No guaranteed results: We are a study tool; your exam outcome depends on your own preparation.
